What is your return policy?

Unopened items can be returned for a full refund if they are returned to us within 7 days of delivery. You must pay for the returned shipping and handling charges. Sorry, opened items can not be returned.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately to Store manager. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us. We will replace the item and send to you after we receive the returned product.

Items which not consider as damaged or defective item.

- Item does not clearly show a video or audio defect.
- Item which is unable to play due to incompatible device.

Lost orders (30 days shipping guarantee)

You can directly email or send 'contact form' to us regarding to lost orders. This is in case that the parcel may have been lost in transit ( or takes longer than 30 days since you place order ). We can track your order with registration number. Lost orders will be reshipped only once.

Undeliverable shipment

Usually the parcel will be shipped back to our office if it cannot be delivered. We will contact you via provided email and resend the parcel only once without any charge.

1) Fill out the warranty card that came with your unit
2) Register your unit online. click here.

*Proof of purchase is required for all warranty work.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

1) Warranty starts from the original Date of Purchase and is good for 1 year.
2) This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage, which occurs in shipment or results from alterations, accidents, misuse, introduction of liquid or other foreign matter into the unit, abuse, neglect, installation, improper maintenance, or  failures that are caused by products not supplied by Ketron, and modifications by anyone other than the Factory or Authorized Ketron Service Center.
3) Warranty does not cover 2nd hand products.
4) Warranty does not cover shipping costs.

LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY OUTSIDE U.S.

1) Ketron Products are warranted only in the Country where purchased, through the Authorized Ketron Distributor in that Country.
2) This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage, which occurs in shipment or results from alterations, accidents, misuse, introduction of liquid or other foreign matter into the unit, abuse, neglect, installation, improper maintenance, or failures that are caused by products not supplied by Ketron, and modifications by anyone other than the Factory or Authorized Ketron ServiceCenter.
3) Warranty does not cover 2nd hand products.
4) Warranty does not cover shipping cost.

ALL REMEDIES AND THE MEASURE OF DAMAGES ARE LIMITED TO THE ABOVE SERVICES. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT ECONOMIC LOSS OR INJURY TO PERSON OR POPERTY MAY RESULT FROM THE FAILURE OF THAT PRODUCT. HOWEVER, EVEN IF Ketron HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THIS POSSIBLILITY, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY SUCH CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITAION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ANY AND ALL WARRANTES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFOMANCE, USAGE FO TRADE, OR OTHERWISE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMTED TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM EITHER THE DATED OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OR, IN THE EVENT NO PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NOT AVAILABLE, THE MANUFACTURED DATE, SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
